The George Whalley Company utilizes AutoCrib automated inventory systems as part of our Integrated Supply Program.   AutoCrib provides 24 hour, computer controlled access to your high volume, high value tooling and supplies.

 

Remote Dispensing Stations may be placed throughout your facility to dispense inventory where it is needed the most, at your work centers.  Each Remote Dispensing Station contains 60 bins which may hold up to 24 items (a maximum of 1,440 items).  With Autocrib's new ROBOCRIB,  the capacity increases to a total of up to 2400 different items. Auto Crib reduces inventory usage through increased accountability.  In fact many clients report reductions of 20% to 40% on items issued through Auto Crib Dispensing Stations.  Auto Crib allows you to increase the availability of supplies, while simultaneously increasing control, accountability and insight into your inventory usage.

 

Each Auto Crib Management Station can control thirty two (32) Remote Dispensing Stations.  Transactions, inventory management and access controls are processed at the Management Station, providing centralized control of your distributed inventory.

Inventory access controls are user defined and may be quickly revised at any time.  Utilizing three access parameters, you may design a simple or sophisticated control system that meets your unique requirements.  Auto Crib access controls ensure that the correct employees are receiving the right tools for their job.

Reporting

 

 

 

 

In order to compete effectively, companies must have increased insight into inventory levels, costs and usage patterns.  Auto Crib provides six report categories including pick sheets, summary reports, transaction reports, inventory reports and purchasing reports.  Your reports may be viewed, exported or printed singularly or in batches.  Additionally, Auto Crib can automatically print reports at preset dates and times to maintain reporting discipline.
