The Whalley Partner Program

 

In order to understand and to serve the individual and personal needs of each of our customers, we've pioneered The Whalley Partner Program.

 

The Whalley Partner Program is intended to bring us to a closer working relationship with you, our customer.  As the name implies, we want to be your "partner" to help you solve problems and achieve your goals.

1. First, we examine your goals and objectives, specific needs, current operational processes, and the product categories which you purchase.
2. Second, based on our findings, we work as a partner with you to develop a plan to directly satisfy these needs.
3. Third, we recommend the approach to initiate the plan, detailing the necessary strategy for a successful program.  This includes an outline of the necessary personnel and the time frame needed to operate the program.
4. The Fourth element, ongoing evaluation, is provided once the program is in place.  Here we regularly inspect the program's operation, and recommend any adjustments if necessary to ensure maximum performance.
