Whalley Partner Program is intended to bring us to a closer working
relationship with you, our customer. As the name implies, we want
to be your
"partner" to help you solve problems and achieve your goals. |

we examine your goals and objectives, specific needs, current
operational processes, and the product categories which you purchase. |

Second,
based on our findings, we work as a partner with you to develop a plan
to directly satisfy these needs. |

Third,
we recommend the approach to initiate the plan, detailing the necessary
strategy for a successful program. This includes an outline of the
necessary personnel and the time frame needed to operate the program. |

The
Fourth element, ongoing evaluation, is provided once the program
is in place. Here we regularly inspect the program's operation,
and recommend any adjustments if necessary to ensure maximum
performance. |
