Our Outside Sales Representatives are trained to analyze and satisfy your needs and desires.  Outside Sales Representatives are the individuals who develop, implement and evaluate The Whalley Partner Program in conjunction with our customers.

 

To complement The George Whalley Company's Outside Sales personnel, our Product Specialists introduce the latest trends in technology to customers.

With the fast paced evolution of tooling and precision inspection equipment, it is vital to provide you with an increased awareness of new technology as well as technical assistance for all your requirements.
Our Product Specialists also provide manufacturers with a competent level of distribution support.  We are proud of the fact that many of the manufacturers we represent at The George Whalley Company have designated us as "Master Distributor".

 

Also supporting The George Whalley Company's Outside Sales Representatives is our team of dedicated Customer Service Representatives.  These experienced people focus solely on handling incoming customer calls!  They only make outbound calls to follow up with requested information, to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Working with our "state-of-the-art" Prophet 21 order entry system, we can answer most of your requests immediately.  Direct Order Entry and Electronic Data Interchange have special requirements involving prior planning.  The George Whalley Company has the capability to handle both technologies.
